<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto" align="left"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">(1)</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">两脚开立与肩同宽,双膝微曲,目视前方,双手自然下垂置于身体两侧,舌抵上腭,全身要放松,要有丝毫不着力的感觉。站好上述姿势后,用鼻吸气一口,然后用口呼气,呼吸<span lang="EN-US">3</span>次后可做下一势。 <span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto" align="left"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">(2)</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">接上势,双手握拳,吸气一口,屏气,双手从两侧抬过头顶,交叉放置,随后双肘回收,同时全身用力绷紧。待双臂回收到身体两侧时,用鼻猛烈喷气。喷气后全身放松。本势反复练习<span lang="EN-US">36</span>次,回复(<span lang="EN-US">1</span>)势。 <span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto" align="left"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">(3)</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">接(<span lang="EN-US">1</span>)势,双腿曲屈成<span lang="EN-US">120</span>度,成半高马步,双手抬起至身两侧,吸气一口、屏气,左手不动,右手猛力前插,同时用鼻喷气。此为左式。右式同此,惟左右相反。左右各一为一次,共<span lang="EN-US">36</span>次,即左手<span lang="EN-US">36</span>次,右手<span lang="EN-US">36</span>次。练完后,回复(<span lang="EN-US">1</span>)势。 <span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span>
