political stunt rather than a technological achievement. Both the USSR and USA 

did this in the 1970s. The Long March 2F rocket (a crude launcher has no 

cryogenic engines r) launched the Shenzhou 9 spacecraft, a crewed mission to

By the way, not all scientists are Chinese or Indian. In fact, 

most scientists are American born. Look up the numbers. The only difference is 

that the US has far more scientists than most countries. 

This reminds me of the claim that China graduates millions more 

engineers than the US does. Actually, the Chinese don't have a different term 

for technician, and therefore most of their technicians are labeled 

engineers. When we combine the terms in the US, the US ends up with far, far 

more than China.
